We just shipped our first left-handed Midi Bass. The bass has an ice blue metallic finish with painted headstock and white pearloid scratchplate (pictures below). Some left-handed players have asked us if you can just flip a right-handed Midi Bass around and play it upside down (left-handed) like some do with regular basses and guitars (eg. Jimi Hendrix). Well it isn’t practical to do that with a Midi Bass because it means that the Midi Bass display in the top horn ends up facing the floor, making it impossible to adequately control the bass.
